Do not put on lettuce until ready to serve. As kids this mixture was used numerous times over top of fresh garden potatoes that were just boiled as well. Makes a very yummy meal and a great way to get the kids to eat their salads if they are picky eaters.

Yeilds 3.5 cups of pickles. 7 servings 1/2 cup each.

Favorite summer time pickle until the garlic dills are ready which can take up to two months for them to properly "cook" in their juices to develop their flavor.
