I saw Aaron McCargo Jr. (Food Network) make this on the Food Network and thought this could be tranformed into a lower sugar form of cranberry sauce. It could have been almost sugar free, but I couldn't find sugar free dried cranberries.

Most of the sugars came from the fruit in my recipe, since I used very ripe apples and pears.
*If freezing:
Place whatever number of servings you like in separate freezer containers; I cooled them in the refrigerator over night before placing in the freezer.

YUMMY!! This is a great way to eat your veggies. I haven't tried it with the regular zucchini, but I imagine it's great. Try it without the sausage as well.
