I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.

To cut back on the calories, use egg substitute in place of the eggs. Butter Buds can be used in place of the butter.

This chili has some heat, but can be altered to not have heat. I created this recipe on the fly one day and it has been a smash hit with everyone who tried it. This chili has a nice blend of beans and tomatoes to balance it out. If made using the Desert Pepper XXX hot Habanero Pepper Sauce it will leave that burn so good feeling. For a not so spicy chili just omit the Desert Pepper. This recipe has room for adding ingredients or omitting ingredients. I usually season my ground beef as well. The ingredients list has my spices listed in it.
