Cookbook creator says: Just a point of interest: I have found that you can substitute agave nectar for corn syrup in any recipe and it comes out fine. Agave nectar has a low glycemic index and is better for you. Can add nuts to it too.

Cookbook creator says: I add a bit of vanilla and a bunch of cinnamon, use ww pastry flour, almond milk, oatmeal bread. YUM. I usually just do a single serving and whip it up quickly before work. Great with blackstrap molasses.
