You can find Red Bone Alley sauces in the seafood section of grocery stores (I get mine at Kroger).And when working with Phyllo, hurry so it doesn't dry out or spray with Pam to keep pliable.

My grandfather was a chef that trained in France. He came up with this recipe and we loved it as kids; now my own children beg me to make it weekly, we call it Q and D. I hope you enjoy this I promise it's great. The oregano sounds funny in this but I promise it is delicious! You can also make this with wild rice.

I took a local class to learn the make these and I converted the recipe to use whole wheat flour instead of white, expecting that there would be a problem but instead, I came up with the yummiest crepes I've ever eaten. Now, I kinda went overboard and put a little Nutella in these to celebrate but they would be just as good with fresh fruit and other healthy fillings

This is a recipe I got from a friend and then toned it down some. She used a LOT more butter and definitely no fat-free or light items.

Here in Alaska, we find our chest freezer bursting with halibut and salmon. This is my favorite way to eat my halibut. The sauce is great as a dip as well. Especially yummy with bell peppers.

Just to clarify for the questions below:
First, YES the cream cheese is figured into the totals...if you use FULL FAT cream cheese, the fat content will be considerably higher. But low fat cream cheese really takes the fat down.

Second, I haven't ever tried it with regular Italian dressing...let me know how it turns out!

Third, I HIGHLY recommend using the low setting for cooking...it allows the juices from the chicken to really seep into the dressing.
