Chipotle Sweet Potato Soup

This is one of my favorite soups! Slightly sweet with a kick! The chipotle en adobo peppers can be found at a regular grocery store where the authentic mexican ingredients are. They are in a can and only one pepper is plenty for this whole pot of soup.

Chicken soup the way my old German aunt makes it. The chicken needs to have the skin and fat on it to give it taste. By removing the fat you remove the flavour.

Smokey Turkey and Lentil soup is made in a crockpot and very easy to make. Great in the winter or if nursing a cold/flu virus. Packed with proein and vegetables, it is a complete stand alone meal. But I usually serve it with bread rolls.
