This is a pasta salad I threw together for a family cookout. The bowl was scrapped clean! This can be changed up depending on taste. I tried to think of all Italian ideas! this could be used as a meal.

This is a Once a Month cooking recipe. I only like my own lasgana because I can not stand using either cottage cheese or ricotti cheese. There is something about unmelted cheese that bothers me. So this the only lasgna I will eat. I often times double this batch for and divide into lunch size containers for a quick lunch at work, or home alone dinner!
