My dad's "go to snack". Low fat, with 8 grm. protein. Great for WLS snack/meal.
When I want extra protein, I add 3 oz. of skinless cooked chicken breast to my cup. Adjust protein and calories accordingly.

I found this recipe on OH, without nutritional information. Tweeked it a bit, and here it is with the nutritional information. Very WLS friendly.

Adapted from a recipe in Fitness magazine.

I usually eat this with seared salmon, but it can be eaten by itself or paired with any other meat. When I served it to my mom and sister, they felt they were eating gourmet food. It's a really great way to get your fiber in.

Ditch the tortilla and get ready for some YUM in a small pouch friendly breakfast or brunch.

After weight loss surgery, I was getting bored with plain ol' scrambled eggs. Here's a twist on a classic that will have your taste buds and pouch happy :)

One of my saving graces after WLS. When my pouch is irritated, it will always love some slightly spicy egg drop soup
