I love this lasagna, it's so easy to make and better for you than the original. I just let someone outside my family try it this weekend, and they thought it was great. Try with my herbed monkey bread. Both recipes can be put together the night before. Note: Parmesan cheese is not included in nutritional calculation.

We used to make this all the time with brats and grill the onions in the drippings of the brats. Granted we would get lower fat brats, but they were still brats. This is very very tasty and filled me up with 4.5 servings of 1 cup each. Guys may want 3 servings of 1 1/2 cup each, but that changes the nutritional values to 328.4 calories, 12.5 fat, 29.8 carbs and 23.8 protein.
