Cookbook creator says: WOW! That's alot of salt. I use a low sodium stock or you can make your own stock that way you contol the sodium level, and will not add any salt while cooking.

Cookbook creator says: I found this Recipe on the back of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Quinoa. Note : Not all Quinoa is Gluten Free. If you have Celiac Disease read the label. I bought another brand and read the label when I got home and it said may contain wheat. We need to be very carefull.
