First of all, it's really hard to mess this recipe up. I pretty much wing it every time. This recipe uses whole wheat and soy flours to add a little more fiber and a few less carbs to a basic pancake. Makes about 10 pancakes. I usually like to make them really thin and eat them with a slice of lean turkey breast and some sugar free raspberry jam. (Kinda like a Monte Cristo, I guess) Sorry no photos, my family eats them too fast!Submitted by HARLEYQUIN2002
