Loosely Macrobiotic

Macrobiotics uses whole grains and other whole foods as the basis for a healthy diet. It is almost vegan as dairy isn't used nor are meats or poultry, but you can use a little fish if you like. For a good reference on macrobiotics, see "The Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics," by Jessica Porter.
