Cookbook creator says: I made this (or one similar) for a summer party, and it was yummy! It was hard for me to get the sugar cookie dough spread out-it was so sticky! I also had trouble with the glaze, so I think I ended up using one of those powdered fruit preservers that you get in the spice aisle.

Cookbook creator says: This is so good! When I make it, I only add 2-3 chicken breasts, and cook until they fall apart, because otherwise ti doesn't seem "saucy" enough. I then serve over spaghetti, preferably whole wheat.
