Threw this together for lunch today with some leftovers and a can of tomato sauce. Could probably use pre-seasoned diced tomatoes too, but this is what I had on hand

If you have not already browned the beef, prep/cook time will take a bit longer.

Shiratake Noodles with homemade alfredo sauce. Great alone as a side, or mix in chicken, shrimp, veggies, etc... as desired for a main course. **Note - some people vehemently dislike shirataki noodles. If that is you, then you aren't going to like this recipe either.
