I changed it up a bit...
mixed greens instead of romaine;
nixed the broccoli, shredded the carrots, used fresh orange sections and diag. sliced snow peas;
a little more orange juice, less vinegar, and added a couple tsp of tahini (sesame paste) to the dressing... awesome!
