The original recipe was taken from Taste of Home; however, I changed it up a little bit to lower the calories. I found that the bread was the key issue so the nutritional information is calculated for a single patty, no bread. Use whatever bread you like and just make sure you add it on to your calorie count.

Truly comfort food! At only 154 calories per serving, 4 grams of fat and 14 and 1/2 carbs per serving, this is a very good substitute for the fast food fried chicken.

Fill tea kettle with water. Add tea bags and heat on med heat just until boiling. Sit aside for 5-10 minutes. Add sugar, and tea to a gallon pitcher. Stir until sugar dissapears! :) Then fill the pitcher the rest of the way with cold water. Chill and serve over ice.
