Mango, red bell pepper, tomato, avocado, red onion, lemon juice & balsamic vinegar. This makes a great salsa too! I love it just like this or you can add anything else you want. I eat this for lunch or dinner... but you can share!

A treat for under 100 calories. I wanted a cookie that was a little healthier and easy to fix. You can make more healthy substitutions to suite your taste and health needs.

These make a nice entree or an appetizer. You can broil them in the oven rather than fry them to make them lower in fat.
