Cookbook creator says: I'm thinking that this isn't as bad as it looks here...the wraps I use are 50 calories less than what this shows...and avocados are super good for you, but do have a lot of fat in them. I barely use any cheese...but i said 1/4th of a cup...but I don't think I use that much really.
