we usually can our own salmon here in alaska but you can use store bought canned i am sure its just as good. We love salmon patties usually eat this with brown rice and green been salad.

This is a recipe for a spread that goes great on most fish, especially tilapia. The portion is very large so if you wanted to cook more fish and save on calories, you would feasibly spread it thinner on the fish.

The cook book says this has 6 points for Weight Watchers. However the Nutritional info indicates 4 points. Not sure why.

This recipe was featured on Dr Oz. The only thing changed was that I used three tablespoons of margarine with canola oil instead of 2 tablespoons of margarine and 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
