Cookbook creator says: Holy moly! This was so good! I decreased the chicken stock by 1/2 to make more of a sauce to put over rice and it was very good. The kids thought it too spicy so I added a bit of low-fat sour cream to theirs. John and I LOVED it! 3/4/08
