Cookbook creator says: 1/2 a head of cabbage
2 large carrots
raw ginger (size of a jack ball)
1 yellow apple
grounded ceyenne pepper
tsp. of coconut or olive oil
Chop all ingredients. I preferrably like to throw everything in the blender and press mince. Or grate everything. Toss everything w/the oil and ceyenne.
