This is my mom's simple recipe that doesn't require cooking the noodles ahead of time. Preheat oven to 375, cook for 45 min, let rest 10 min, then ENOY! I made it with a large portion of meat on purpose so that it would be more of a lower carb, higher protein dinner. Pretty tasty! I think the next time I make it I will add Italian seasoning to the dough. Just for some extra flavor. I did not have a ful cup of wheat gluten flour so I just used 1/2 cup of vital wheat gluten and 1 cup of stone ground whole wheat flour. You skip the bread crumbs but with the Dry Italian Salad dressing mix you won't miss it. The cheese add a little crispness to the chicken.
