No Bake Graham Cracker Cheesycake
Very Good 4.6/5
(470 ratings)

This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

This recipe is very quick & easy to make and tastes great! I would have added onions but I was out; try it with onions if you like!

My husband and I make this when we go camping, but once I found out it only has about 400 calories I decided to make it everyday.

Occasionally I love a loaded baked potato. I get my turkey bacon from a local farm that raises and processes there own meats. The turkey bacon is all cured white meat, no fat or additives. I also use plain non fat yogurt instead of cream cheese(same thing). Also, you could use parmesan cheese as well or add additional steamed veggies.

Hollandaise sauce is a wonderful naturally low-carb topping for omelets and quiches as well as Eggs Benedict, broccoli, asparagus, Veal Oscar, and many other foods. Making one the traditional way (double-boiler) is really not necessary. You can make hollandaise sauce for one person in less than 5 minutes using ready-at-hand ingredients, utensils and a bit of microwave cookery know-how.
