This dish is baked and flavored with a Mediterranean-style tomato, onion, and garlic sauce to make it lower in fat and salt.
Very tasty pesto using dry roasted sunflowers seeds instead of pine nuts. Makes about 1 cup. Nutrition Info is for a 2 TBSP serving. I used Thai basil which is especially flavorful.Submitted by JWPULLIAM
