Just created this today!! YUMMY!!! I can't tell the difference! Canned soy beans have SO MANY grams of fiber, that the net carb level is almost NONE!! If you are watching your carbs, & LOVE hummus, try it!! You'll be glad you did!

Use mama's bake mix to make low carb muffins, pancakes, loafs and so much more.
Be creative by replacing mushed fruit of any kind for the water.
Use fancy silicon muffin moulds-my favourite!
