1c flax meal
1c oat bran
2 eggs
1tbs vanilla
Juice of one lemon and lemon zest
a dash of salt
1tbs baking soda
1 tbs baking powder
Milk to proper consistency (ca be almond milk, soy, oat etc)
mashed banana
Blend all ingredients and cook on griddle
