I am not one who measures my ingredients a lot - I am more of the cook who chops and dumps into the pot!!!! So I apologize in advance if I am a little off with the amounts/measurements!!!

I buy a lot of my produce fresh from a local stand - so for the green beans, I buy them in the green cardboard box like container. I am guessing there is about 4 cups in there?!?!

This is my absolute favorite dish from Ruby Tuesday so I had to find a way to make it over. Its called the smokehouse chicken and it is a favorite by many! This delicious dish is high in fat and calories if ordered from the restaurant so I came up with a healthier, guilt free version that has become a favorite in my household! Moist, yummy banana muffins with whole wheat flour. You can taste the whole wheat flavor, so if you don't like it, just use all white flour, or substitute only 1/2 cup whole wheat & 1 cup white flour. If you like a really sweet muffin, add more sugar. We are trying to use less white flour in our house & more whole wheat. My husband was skeptical, but loved the muffins!Submitted by FLAB-BE-GONE!
