If you've prepared the squash in advance, the rest of the soup comes together quickly. Great fall flavors, and due to the squash, it has that "bright orange" color that kids love. The light cream cheese adds a cheesy taste, and it both has the squash taste, *and* a bit of a taste of macaroni & cheese.

Using ground turkey instead of beef in my Coney island meat sauce for hot dogs. I figured about 1/4 cup per serving, which totally depends on how you like your meat sauce, it might be enough for 2 dogs.

Similar to a beef stroganoff, but in the crockpot.

Freezes well, although heat slowly so you dont curdle the milk products.

I serve over whole wheat ziti or egg noodles, whatever is big in the pantry. Dont freeze with the pasta or the pasta gets mushy. Pasta is NOT included in the nutritional info.
