I serve this over Brilla plus pasta (not calculated in calories) This is very flavorful for not many calories. I adopted this from a reciepe to make it with ingredients I had on hand. Original had leeks in place of the Green and Sweet Onions.

I take this to pot luck dinners and alway get asked for the recipe. I used regular soup to calculate calories. I often use the 98 % fat free and we like it just as much. I used full fat cheese because I cannot get reduced fat swiss at my local store. I used 5 large skinless boneless chicken breasts and cut in half per serving. I really like roaster asparagus with this for a easy meal I just put the spears in for the last 15 min. Makes great left overs, and freezes well.
