Healthy but Delicious!!!!!!!
I am desperate to get my eating style changed. I don't have a lot of appetite and once I eat a meal I just don't get hungry for at least 24 hours, which is a killer if you need to reduce or maintain.
I am trying to eat at least 300 calories 3 times a day. So I don't go into starvation mode.
