This is my personal recipe. Found a good way to sneak extra veggies with out the kids knowing. Not as fast a popping a frozen one in the oven but a lot better for you.

Carly Rules...My coworker had an awesome recipe that I wanted to try...but of course had to change it up to lower the fat...since I gain 5 pounds just LOOKING at food...
These work out to be 1.5 WW point per shell or 3 points per serving (2 shells).

mix crushed pineapple into betty crocker angrl food cake mix. don't add water. bake 30-35 minutes at 350 put whipped topping when cooled

drain tuna, mix all together in a bowl, add cayenne pepper (if desire) put1 tbs tuna on romaine lettuce, garnish with cucumber slices and cherry tomato halves, them wrap

I made my own dressing with honey, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and soy sauce. I used Bragg's Liquid Aminos, which tastes like soy sauce but is so low in sodium. It is made from fermented soy beans.
