Boil the taters in fat free chicken broth for extra flavor with onions, then add six cheese italian cheese and four cheese mexican cheese. Yum!

This is an adult mashed potatoes. I fed it to the kids along with fresh green beans and some pork chops. My husband and I enjoyed it, but the kids weren't thrilled. Oh, well. I would have put another cheese, cream cheese, in it, but I didn't have any. It was still yummy.

We like to eat healthy and only eat brown rice. I found a great Fat Free chicken broth at Aldi and use it to cook my rice. It makes it taste great.

My husband and four year old son gobbled this up! It's great on cold winter night. The corn gives it a great yet subtle sweetness and the grilled onions add extra flavor.

I found the stroganoff recipe in some magazine and tweeked it a bit. Our family LOVES IT! It's very filling and pretty tasty with a side of green beans.

We got a lot of produce with my first produce Co-op and I wanted to make good use of them. I used 1/2 the bag of fresh spinach, the whole container of shrooms, onions and fresh garlic in this tastey recipe!

I thought this sounded good from another Sparker so I made my own with more asparagus, no olive oil and changed the onions to red onions. Maybe next time some slivered almonds would be nice. Hmmmmm.....

We had extra peppers from the garden that were really small and a few potatoes so my husband desided I should make this. I then got a few one more pepper from the guy up the street and viola...Yum! The chicken broth gives a little bit of flavor and allows for less fat. This makes 4 servings of 1 cup each.

I wanted to give the success rice some flavor and man o man is this good all by itself! I'm planning on using it in som stuffed peppers, unfried rice, spanish rice and just as a side dish. It's easy to make and in the microwave, too!

We make this with Turkey Spam or canned ham and vary the veggies. It's quite easy and much healthier than the restaurants. We eat it with Success boil in the bag brown rice which cooks in your microwave in 10 minutes. 1 c cooked rice is 150 cal, 1 fat, 33 carbs, 2 fiber and 4 protein.

I got the basic recipe from Dierberg's and used my own approximations based on the order of ingredients. My friends and family love it! This version makes 4 cups or 8 servings of 1/2 cup each. You can eat it warm also and it tastes like a loaded baked potato!

This is very tastey and easy. It tastes like it was on the stove all day when you are really just throwing a few things together. It makes 6- 1 1/2 C servings which fills you up!
