We make this with Turkey Spam or canned ham and vary the veggies. It's quite easy and much healthier than the restaurants. We eat it with Success boil in the bag brown rice which cooks in your microwave in 10 minutes. 1 c cooked rice is 150 cal, 1 fat, 33 carbs, 2 fiber and 4 protein.Submitted by RUMBAMEL
