This healthy, hearty salad is packed full of fruit AND vegetables.
This is a single small pancake per person. We have them with breakfast in place of hashbrowns or homefrys. General rule is a small/med potato per person. But I just use one potato to feed two of us. So nutrition info is for half a potato serving. Also he doesn't like onion much so you can always add more.Submitted by MOMMASAURUSREX
