Waffles from a french toast recipe - an idea my 8 year old dreamed up and works like a charm! This recipe makes 6 waffles. Nutrition calculated on one waffle each. Combined with yogurt or fruit this makes a delicious breakfast!

Fresh from the watermen in Crisfield Maryland comes this recipe for crab cakes (sort of). It's been modified to reduce the fat content. If you like a "cakier" crab cake, feel free to adjust this recipe to your liking by using bread crumbs or crackers instead of bread.

A tasty variation on the traditional popper. My hubby likes these for superbowl sunday. You can also vary the recipe by adding 2 -4 T fat free sharp cheddar shreds to the cream cheese mixture. Also you can use panko crumbs for a crispier coating. Make these at least once before serving to company, as it takes a knack to get them to come out nice looking.

Low in sugar and with just a hint of chocolate, enjoy this chewy goodness for only 150 calories per bar!

Still experimenting with this recipe I created to get the perfect combo of PB and chocolate. (This variation has very little chocolate flavor.) I'll keep working with it and edit the recipe once I get the ratio just right.
