Cookbook creator says: Substitute sugar for Splenda, applesauce instead of oil, calories just over 100 calories a muffin! looking for more flavor,use a little less milk, replace with lemon juice ( about 1 tbls ).

These cookies are so yummy. There are some healthy alternatives for the ingredients such as substitute applesauce for veg. oil, and use 2 egg whites instead of whole egg.
