Cookbook creator says: I used 1 can mushroom soup instead of the broccoli soup, plus added more chopped broccoli plus a little chopped cauliflower that I had on hand. Made ahead of time without baking and put in the fridge, then baked at 350 for 45 minutes (along with something else that was in the oven). Tasted great!
