I was featured in "Taste of Home" this past summer with this recipe! There was a restaurant that I went to alot with my friends and I ALWAYS had the grilled veggie sandwich with goat cheese. After 10 years of going there every month, they closed down this past fall so I had to start making my own. It is a weekly meal during the summer at my home.
