Better than anything that you buy in the store and not just for chips anymore! I have to make this every week for my family. We use it on baked potatoes, eggs, sandwiches, veggies, and mixed into rice.

Do you like Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish? Well, you will love my Bang Bang Fish where I have altered the recipe slightly to be a lot more healthy! My family LOVES this and encouraged me to post it. I was featured in "Taste of Home" this past summer with this recipe! There was a restaurant that I went to alot with my friends and I ALWAYS had the grilled veggie sandwich with goat cheese. After 10 years of going there every month, they closed down this past fall so I had to start making my own. It is a weekly meal during the summer at my home. Serve it with my spicy sweet potato fries and you have a great healthy meal.
