Cookbook creator says: This we have almost once a week. Cam chose to try it last week (finally) because he didn't like the spiral Barilla Plus noodles, so we used the macaroni. We do not add the egg, it is not necessary. You will love this dish!!

Cookbook creator says: We REALLY liked this recipe, had to add some more salt and pepper and dried parsley to it at the end, but even Kat liked it. :) I used fat free half and half instead of skim or 1% milk. Incredible tasting for the small amount of fat in it. We ate it with grilled cheese!! :)
