This is an authentic, really rich pie stuffed with spinach, onions, cheeses and herbs that are all enfolded by crispy, flaky phyllo dough. (http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/spanakopita-greek-spinach-pie/Detail.aspx)

Note: Phyllo dough is a middle eastern flaky pastry, similar to puff pastry, but individual thin sheets (It's the same stuff used for the Greek dessert baklava). It can be found at most supermarkets in the frozen section near frozen pie crusts, frozen whipped topping, puff pastry, and frozen berries.
