A delicious homemade pie, this recipe only makes enough dough for a bottom crust, I don't add a top layer to my pies in order to keep the calories & the carbs at a reasonable level. This recipe is based off of one that I read in a magazine a long time ago. You can substitute your favorite yogurt in place of the type I used, and your own spices as well! I sometimes sweeten mine with a teaspoon of brown sugar (not included in ingredients/nutritional info). Your mileage for nutritional info may vary based on what you use!
