This recipe has no oil and is easy to add to for fun! It had 3 tablespoons of melted butter in it but I omit that, although it is tasty with. I like to add a 1/4 cup of water to it to thin it a bit more for our taste. I also add cinnamon and vanilla. Adapted Ines' favorite Banana Bread recipe by changing 2 eggs to 4 egg whites; and changing the sugar to Splenda; and changing out 1 cup of white flour to whole wheat flour.
