Cookbook creator says: Be sure to add Creole seasoning, Tabasco and garlic to really give this dish some kick. It brings up the sodium, but not by much. :)

Cookbook creator says: This was great, but I cooked it in a smaller baking dish, which kept the chicken juicy. Also, I had forgotten to buy mozzarella, so I substituted with more Parmesan.
This is a low-fat chili with lots of nutrients and lots of taste! The salt is optional, but the dish really needs it. I tried to keep the sodium under 800 mg, which is pretty good for chili. The sugar and whiskey are also optional, but they add a lot when you take time to cook this chili down for a long period of time.Submitted by SHELLBERTANN
