Cookbook creator says: Delicious! At first I thought "that's a lot of apples" but I think I will try with even more to spread this out further. I did not use any sugar but I used about 1/4 cup Splenda. I also used 1/2 cup applesauce and 1 Tbsp.oil. I love these! The tops turn out very nice too!

Cookbook creator says: read other comments and made adjustments which included an additional 1/4 cup bisquik, pure vanilla, cinnamon and i used a 15 oz can of peaches and divided between 6 ramikins - turned out very good and tasty
