Only snow peas, broccoli, or spinach. Chicken mostly...rice or pasta based. Big recipes so I can make dinner and lunch the next day. Must be low residue for GI.

Cookbook creator says: Omit red bell pepper and carrot. Sub green onion for regular white...cut really small and saute well. Add one tsp of bacon bits, and two eggs. Switch out green beans for snowpeas, broccoli, or spinach.
