Veggie Pita

I use either 2tb hummus, or a tablespoon of honey mustard on the pita, then fill it will a mixture of half cup mixed veggies, half cup fat free cottage cheese, 2 tb salsa, and half and avocado. It's about 312-365 cal depending on whether or not you use the hummus or honey mustard.
