My grandma used to make this soup all the time - tangy, rich and creamy, and filled with browned mushrooms and onions! Don't boil the soup after you stir in the yogurt though - not only will it curdle, but it will kill the good bacteria inside.

My Gramma Willie taught me how to make this sauce years ago. It's the only way I make Alfredo now (though I use unsweetened soy milk instead of skim milk). Serve with grilled chicken, broccoli and pasta.

Cookbook creator says: We used baby bellas and buttons. We doubled the mushrooms to 8 oz. We added about 6oz of cherry tomatoes and it added a lot to the dish both taste-wise and visually. We used baby spinach instead of regular. Pair with sourdough bread. Fantastic together!!!

I worked for months and months to perfect a whole wheat pizza dough, and I think I've finally found it. We love it, love it, love it! This makes enough dough for two large pizzas. We normally use one, freeze the other. To use the frozen one, thaw on the counter and then place in off oven on a pizza pan. Pour a recently boiled kettle of water in a roasting pan under the dough and close the oven. The warm, moist air reproofs the frozen dough.
