These are my recipes for healthier versions of many of the classic foods I grew up loving. I started converting classic 50's, 60's & 70's recipes for my kids 30 years ago so they'd learn to make healthy choices. And they all still eat healthy!

Cookbook creator says: For all you classic pumpkin pie lovers this is EXACTLY the same both taste & texture only with much lower fat and calories. I got tired of making pies and not being able to eat the crust. My family likes this just as well as the traditional pie recipe and I don't have to make a pastry crust!
