This is a nice light dish that really highlights the shrimps. I prepare it with basmati rice and an Indian Dal. If you cannot find fresh fenugreek leaves in an Indian market, substitute with fresh Italian parsley.

Filled to the brim with antioxidants, my iced tea works wonders. I call it IPJCGT for short, and it's a hit in my house among the women. ( The boys haven't tasted the magic yet!)It is all I drink in the summer and I only use all natural ingredients.The sweeteners, being Honey, Unprocessed Suger and Vanilla Extract are ALL optional and the only source of calloried in the drink.
