Cookbook creator says: 1/4c red wine vinegar, 1.5lbs chicken, 1/3c honey, 1/2c chicken broth (put in when sauteeing veggies), 1/2c orange marmalade (in sauce).
Stir fry carrots, onions, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers just as you would with any stir fry dish.
