This easy recipe combines a 1 ounce package of your favorite flavor of Jello Sugar Free Fat Free instant pudding with 32 ounces of plain nonfat yogurt for a half cup treat with a little yogurt zip. There are many variations on this idea. This is one that worked well for me.

This recipe is better than the original and it's without the eggs and oil. The flaxseed paste gives the needed body, and imparts a nice mild nutty flavor that compliments the pumpkin.

This is a delicious recipe based on Alton Brown's. But with no oil and low sugar syrup the calorie count is much better. But a half a cup is the serving. Best used on yogurt or as a snack.
